EFI Fuel Pressure Gauge Kit

Maximize your electronic fuel injection system’s performance by utilizing an EFI Fuel Pressure Gauge Kit to easily monitor your vehicle’s fuel system pressure. This underhood application is especially handy to set fuel system pressures when using an adjustable pressure regulator. The EFI Fuel Pressure Gauge Kit is also a valuable tool when testing function of the fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, check valves and testing for system leaks and fuel injector leak down.

Each EFI Fuel Pressure Gauge Kit contains a unique adapter fitting which simply screws onto the vehicles fuel system service port schrader valve on the fuel rail or fuel line, depending on the application. The adapter fitting automatically activates the service ports internal valve mechanism so there is no need to remove the port’s internal release valve.

All kits are light-weight, compact size and contain a 6061 T-6 aluminum adapter fitting, vibration-proof lightweight 0-100psi fuel pressure gauge with a 1 ½ inch dia. easy to read dial face and a 90 deg. swivel fitting to optimize viewing angle.

Applications: For all Ford, GM and Chrysler fuel service ports. Most common applications are ’86-’95 5.0l Mustangs, ’96-98 Mustang GT 4.6 (16valve), 5.0l/5.7l Ford Trucks and Cars, ’84-’88 Ford 4cyl. Turbo, ’85-‘89 GM 350/305 TPI, Buick GN & Turbo Regal, Chrysler 4cyl. Turbo and Magnum V-8’s.

Note: It is not recommended to leave the EFI Fuel Pressure Gauge Kit installed on your vehicle’s fuel service port schrader valve for extended periods of time and should only be used for setting adjustable fuel pressure regulators or testing fuel system function.

EFI Fuel Service Port Schrader Valve Adapter

EFI Fuel Service Port Scrader Valve Adapter Fitting allows for a plumbing connection directly to the vehicle’s fuel system service port schrader valve. Ideal for connecting remote fuel pressure gauges or an easy access fuel connection without modifying the fuel lines.

Fitting is made of 6061 T-6 aluminum with a 1/8 inch NPT female port opposite the EFI service port end, hard-coated anodized blue (Ford) or red (GM/Chrysler).

Application: For all Ford, GM and Chrysler fuel service ports. Most common applications are 5.0l Mustangs, 5.0l/5.8l Ford Trucks, ’85-‘89 GM 350/305 TPI, Buick GN, Chrysler 4cyl. Turbo and Magnum V-8’s.

Fuel Pressure Gauge 0-100psi (Universal)

Light-weight, vibration-proof fuel pressure gauge with a 1/8 inch NPT center back located male port and an easy to read 1 ½ inch dia. dial face. Gauge utilizes a spiral tube design which does not have any mechanical parts to fail and is dampened to eliminate pointer fluctuation due to fuel system pulsations and engine vibration. Stainless steel case with white dial face and black lettering protected by a durable polycarbonate clear lens.
